Published: 2005-01-07 02:33:19 Not bad! Not bad at all... Is it possible to receive some kind of PGN file or something similar, when the game is finished? I like to add them to my personal database. As i do with all the game i play on the Internet. |

Published: 2005-01-08 01:29:26 Your English is fine... Don't worry.
You mean if only a move list would be fine? A move list is ok too. That would be just fine. Then i could copy and paste it into my database. Any such thing would do. Unfortunatly i do not speak spanish so i hope you understand. But there should be spaces inbetween the move's, like so;
1. e4 e5
2. Qh5 Nc6
3. Bc4 g6
4. Qf3 Nf6
5. c3 Bg7 |

I work in the "Sistema Algebraico" or "Algebraic system???"

I do the first version of that and I make a link to see this code from "see previus moves".
Please, see very careful and said me something. The problen are:
1.- I dont know where are "jaque!"
2.- I dont know if 2 pieces can move to similar position I have to mark the x axis or y axis
No move.
Said me something. |

 Published: 2005-01-09 05:15:27 Hey!
I looked at the PGN file link you have put below the game, and it works great :D
I have not encountered any errors yet! Great job!! But the stuff you are telling me about, i don't know of. So i cannot help you with programming of any kind. I wish i could. But whatever you did... It works! Thanks! If i encounter any errors i will mention it. Since how long have you been running this? And are you planning to make more changes? Like an ELO rating system perhaps? You really did a great job on this! It's symplistic but yet very refined. |

Published: 2005-01-10 02:06:10 I am aware of the fact this kind of thing takes a lot of work. I have patience. I did not mean to rush you. I'm just making few suggestions that you can take in account. Maybe you might want to work on them in the future. I am making theses suggestions because i spend a lot of time on email chess servers and see lot's of different stuff. And again... I think you did a wonderfull job allready! Very original as far as i can be the judge of that. And about reading that programming stuff... Since it is in Spanish, i do not think i will be able to understand
My Spanish goes as far as; Uno, dos, tres and maybe a few other words... But even this could be pronounced wrong  |

You can think I am very grateful for you.
In summary, Im work now in "Check" detection for nobody can "eat" the King and the "holidays page" for the peaple can put the games in "hold" state.
Un saludo
